Webinar: Post-Election Legislative Update

The meeting will focus on legislative and regulatory updates for employee benefit plans, including key updates from the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2026, and the One Big Beautiful Bill Act. In addition, the program will include an overview of recent guidance from the IRS and DOL on health plan electronic disclosure rules, nondiscrimination testing for dependent care accounts, and IDR procedures.
